Design Framework for Building Services 5th Edition (BG 6/2018), written by David Churcher, John Sands & Martin Ronceray, and published by BSRIA in June 2018 defines building services concept sketch drawings as: ‘Line diagrams, layouts and sections indicating basic proposals, connections to incoming services and utilities, location of areas of central plant, location and extent of main vertical and horizontal distribution routes in such detail as to illustrate the incorporation of the engineering services within the project as a whole and with respect to any zoning.’
